Maintaining healthy nerves, skin, and red blood cells are needed. Pyridoxine has been used to prevent or manage certain nerve-related concerns like peripheral neuropathy. Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin B7, which makes hair and nails solid folic acid help vitamin B12 produce red blood cells.
