Eczema is a disease in which skin patches become inflamed and rough with sores which may lead to itching and bleeding. Moisturex Soft Lotion contains light liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin that work by providing a layer of oil on the surface of the skin to prevent water from evaporating from the surface of the skin and helps to moisten the skin.
